Checking Clinic with Eric Lang
Led by AIC Head Coach, Eric Lang, this program will introduce players to checking.
In this five week series, players will learn to give and take a hit with confidence.
Monday nights: May 20th through June 24th (no session on Memorial Day)
Open to players in birth year 2010, 2011 and 2012.
All sessions will begin with 15 minutes of video review (6:45 PM), followed by one hour of on ice training (7:10-8:10 PM).

About Eric Lang
Eric Lang has been the Head coach of American International College since 2016. He is a 3 time AHA coach of the year (2019, 2020, 2022), with his team winning four consecutive AHA Regular season titles and three AHA tournaments. From 2012-2016 Lang was a coach at Army where he was responsible for handling the power-play unit, as well as coordinating video analysis of games and working with student-athletes in on-and-off ice drills. In college, Lang served as a two-year caption at AIC and was honored with the ECAC Merit Medal.
