Join Liza Kulik in learning the fundamental floor jumping and plyometric exercises aimed at refining efficient jumping mechanics. Enhance power, strength, agility, and coordination while focusing on skills applicable to on ice jumps, including rotations and axel.

Thursday April 25th
On-ice class at 5:00 pm with Katia Gordeeva and Victor Petrenko where skaters will on skating skills, jumps, and spins.
Off-ice class at 6:15 pm with Liza Kulik where skaters will be working off-ice on skating-focused exercises.
Friday April 26th
On-ice class at 4:45 pm with Katia Gordeeva and Victor Petrenko where skaters will be put into groups to work on both technical and component skills.
